Well, just the other night Bobbie and I went to the emergency room at OLOL. We went in her car, the car with no handicap tag. When we got there we parked in a handicap spot because, we needed to and because the DMV told me when I renewed my license and handicap tag that the "wallet" sized ID/handicap tag would cover me even in a car with no tag. So, an EBRPS Deputy writes up a ticket ($300) and puts it on the car. Bobbie come out to go take Will home to get something to eat and finds the ticket. She freaks and asks the deputy what the deal is and he tells her that the wallet deal doesn't mean squat that the tag has to be visible in order to be valid. So after getting my butt reamed out I pull the ID out and check it and sure enough it says in black and white that the ID will work just as well as the tag. So, can you guess how easy it's been to try and get this solved?
